Creeting St Mary
The purpose of the club is to raise funds for a good cause within Creeting St Mary, the Creeting Welfare Charities
Membership & Eligibility: Open to all members of Creeting St Mary Social Club (CSMSC). Participants must be aged 16 or over (under UK law, individuals must be 16+ to participate in a private or society lottery). Numbers will be allocated at random & will stay the same for each draw.
Cost & Payment: Each number costs £1 per month. Payment must be made in advance into the Social Club bank account or by cash. Payment reference into the bank account is 100 club + surname.
A member’s number will only be entered into the draw if payment is fully up to date.
The Draw: will take place monthly at the Friday Night Bar Night. The draw will be made in the presence of at least 2 witnesses.
Prize Allocation: 50% of the total monthly subscription will be allocated to the prize fund. The remaining 50% will remain in the Social Club Bank Account.
1st prize 25% of the prize fund
2nd prize 15% of the prize fund
3rd prize 10% of the prize fund
Winning numbers will be notified.
Administration & Governance
The committee’s decision is final in the event of any disputes regarding the monthly draws.
Personal data collected for the 100 club will be handled securely & kept compliant with GDPR guidelines solely for the 100 clubs purpose.
The 100 Club will be a Private Society Lottery where numbers can ONLY be sold to Members of CSMSC & to people on the premises. IT CAN NOT BE ADVERTISED.
